Now in the second generation of family ownership, the company has grown to become one of the top office furniture dealerships in the Washington DC Metropolitan Region by focusing on what is best for our customers and working tirelessly to deliver on our commitments.

Nick Thompson
President & CEO

Having extensive industry experience in all aspects of office furniture dealership duties and an entrepreneurial spirit for continuous improvement, Nick has been working to re|DEFINE what a dealership can provide its clients beyond traditional office furniture design and delivery. His vision for the future of our industry is closely aligned with that of Steelcase: to continue adding high value services and products to meet our customers’ evolving needs and create higher performance work environments that seamlessly integrate people, technology, and space.


Gay Bedwell
Director of Operations

Gay has the ability to develop and initiate the appropriate sequence of events to successfully complete the installation within the scheduled time frame, and to deliver the high level of service our customers deserve. Her skills were developed in operations management while scheduling installation of major medical equipment for hospitals all along the east coast.

Gay excels at handling customers’ environment and time sensitive scheduling requests. Her expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication is a valuable asset to the successful on-time completion of your project. 

Erin Davison
Controller

Erin is a highly effective finance leader who has been with the company since 2001.  Responsibilities include the managing and developing of general ledger systems and databases that can be used to increase reporting and expense transparency,  annual forecasting and oversight of all accounting activities. 

Maureen O'Callaghan Director of Sales

Maureen brings a distinguished career in the contract furniture industry, with experience spanning both dealers and manufacturers. She is widely recognized for her expertise in federal government contracting, business development, and industry insight.

As a transformational sales leader, Maureen fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She empowers her team to think strategically, listen actively, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with each client’s unique goals. Through mentoring, data-driven decision-making, and a relentless focus on client success, she consistently drives high performance and sustainable growth. She ensures her team is accountable, and that every commitment is executed with precision—during the project and beyond.
